FAQs
Property tour FAQs
How should the property be prepared?
Clear worktops and surfaces, open the blinds, turn every light on, move cars off the drive and clean the pool. We'll send a checklist when you book.
Is drone included?
Yes, on every package. We're AESA licensed and check the airspace for every address before the shoot.
Can the agent appear on camera?
Yes. Add Agent on camera (€200) and we'll plan the script with you and direct every take.
Do I need to be at the shoot?
Only if you're appearing in the video.
What files do I get?
A horizontal video for the portals and YouTube, with the drone shots edited in, plus colour-graded photos. Add a vertical cut for social media.
Can I use the video anywhere?
Yes. You get full rights to the final edited video and photos to use however you like. Raw footage isn't included.
What if the weather is bad?
We move the shoot to another date, free of charge.
