Before I picked up a camera for property, I spent 13 years in marketing. So I don't plan a shoot around which rooms to film. I plan it around what makes a buyer stop scrolling, and what makes them pick up the phone.

That means a hook in the first three seconds, a story that carries people to the end, every clip colour graded, and music picked for the home. It's the difference between a video people skip and one they send to their partner.

I only film real estate, so I know what agents need: a shoot that runs to plan, and files ready for the portals and Instagram within 5 working days.
